About Us

Matthew Eisert PC

Matthew Eisert is the founder of the Law Office of Matthew Eisert, a family law practice serving Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, and surrounding areas. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Matthew brings both local roots and hands-on courtroom experience to every case he handles.

Matthew grew up in northwest Oklahoma City, attending Putnam City Schools and graduating from Putnam City High School. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Oklahoma before returning to Oklahoma City to attend law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Education & Bar Admissions

• J.D. — Oklahoma City University School of Law

• B.S. — University of Central Oklahoma

• Admitted to practice in Oklahoma

• Admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma

At OCU Law, Matthew studied a broad range of legal disciplines — family law, criminal law, estate planning, and business law — building a well-rounded foundation for the range of issues clients often face alongside a divorce or custody case.

After law school, Matthew joined a local Oklahoma City practice, where he worked as a divorce attorney for two years. During that time, he also represented clients in criminal matters, including DUI and drug possession cases, as well as Victim Protective Order (VPO) hearings — experience that gives him a practical understanding of how family law issues can intersect with criminal and protective order proceedings.

Several factors drew Matthew to the law, but the one that brings him the most satisfaction is straightforward: helping clients navigate difficult, often overwhelming issues in a legal system that's always changing. Family law cases are rarely just legal problems — they affect people's homes, their children, and their futures — and Matthew's goal is to make that process as clear and manageable as possible for every client.

If you're facing a divorce, custody dispute, or need to establish paternity, Matthew Eisert is ready to talk through your options. Contact the Law Office of Matthew Eisert in Oklahoma City to schedule a consultation.
